The Montclair State University New Teacher Connections and Induction Support Program is dedicated to supporting new teachers as they transition from preparation to practice. Through mentorship, resources and a collaborative network, we provide the tools educators need to confidently apply their training while adapting to the realities of their school environments. This platform fosters professional growth, reflective practice and a strong sense of community, ensuring that educators remain grounded in their teacher education while receiving the support necessary for long-term success and fulfillment in the classroom.
